Well the Corvette C7.9 has been prepped. I did get a chance to run it at Hellanbach last week, and its a very good running car. I like it better then the Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren 722  I got from Sherm at Ron's race, so...   I'm looking to sell the Merc.  My 2nd C7.9 (the one my better half ordered for me) showed up... It's not been out of its case.  (Might be willing to sell that also, or the Ferrari 458 I ran at Ron's..)

The "pretty" NSR 917 also got delivered. It has been tuned (to the best of my abilities), and I look forward to testing it Saturday at The Glen.  I finally ordered two 14k motors, but they won't be here before Saturday.

As for hints that I give the wife... it doesn't take much.  She listens to me, and I to her. We're good like that. It always ends up being that she gets what she wants, and visa versa. She is never my voice of reason, which has its upsides and downsides. Happy

After reading the race report from Ron's, I pondered for some time on the whole 'Risk' thing. With that came a deeper, broader consideration on my driving style and the impact that it has on my lap times and my finishes, as well as the dismay of those who end up on my wide side. So,  it may have an effect on me.

Now...I'm not saying that if I'm leading a race, (not very likely...) and someone tries to pass me, I'm not going to commit and say that I'll just let you by..... I may forget and revert back to getting wide!

See ya'all at the Glen! Smokin
