Gentlemen,
I have read the rules extensively. I still have a few questions of each of the classes, if they have been answered I apologize for being redundant.
1) Vintage- I need some tire suggestions for a Fly Ferrari 250 GTO and a Revell Daytona Cobra Coupe. Does anyone know if the Slot.it HRS2 chassis will fit/work under either one of those cars?
2) Trans AM- Once again I need tire suggestions for a Scalextric '69 Camaro. When I installed the Slot.it orange end bell motor I glued (CA) the Scaley pinion onto that motors shaft, is that ok?
3) Classic- I understand the "semi-stock" concept, however, are we allowed to swap one manufacturers chassis to use under another manufacturers car, i.e. NSR chassis under a Fly car? If so are we allowed to trim/modify that chassis for fit purposes?
4) Slot.it GroupC- I did not see this addressed in the rules, are we allowed to change the Group C cars to a sidewinder or anglewinder configuration?
In general, are we allowed to trim/modify the chassis for the purpose of fit rather than just body float in any class but Vintage?
I plan on attending the race at Ron's on the 23rd. I am looking very much forward to meeting and racing with all of you.
Thanks for your assistance,
John
